BATT INSULATION
Batt insulation is the prefered insulation for someone who is on a budget and wants the job done quickly.
Once the batt insulation has been completed and passed inspection, you can sheetrock right away. Other insulation like Spray foam or Wet Spray On applications require a certain amount of dry time before it can be sheetrocked.
The material we used is formaldehyde-free! All of our Batt Installations are Grade 1Quality.
BLOWN INSULATION
High Electric bills?
It might be due to a under- insulated attic or compressed/damaged insulation.
In Texas, Energy Star recommends to have an R38 (13.5 to 14 inches) in home attics.
We can check your attic for free to make sure your insulation is up to current standards.
BIBS (BLOWN IN BLANKET SYSTEM)
BIBS is a great alternative for someone looking to get higher insulation performance than batt insulation. B.I.B.S is a very popular option for new homes due to the performance being close to foam insulation but less expensive.
Installers will install fabric on all indicated walls and fill each cavity with fiberglass blowing wool. This method covers every crevice, gap, and completely fills the cavity which provides exceptional sealing.
